Owner's Description

Luxury caravan with double glazing, full central heating and power shower. The caravan sleeps up to four, and has an outside decking area that has a table and chairs, two loungers and a rotary line.

Our caravan has always been used by family members only, so is in immaculate condition.

The main bedroom is situated at one end of the caravan and has a 5 foot bed with en-suite WC with wash basin. There is also a house bathroom with WC, basin and power shower. The second bedroom has two single beds.

The lounge has a large picture window looking out over the decking and the sea. There is a comfortable L shaped sofa as well as two free standing arm chairs, a coal effect fireplace, TV and video, and radio with CD player. The sofa opens out into another double bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with full size gas cooker with extractor fan, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board, fridge and freezer. All utensils, crockery and glasses etc, are provided.

Duvet and pillows are provided, but not linen or towels.

Gas is included in the price, but electricity is by £1 coins and is very economic.

Cove Holiday Park

The Caravan is situated on this quiet and exclusive 5 star, award winning Park overlooking 'Church Ope Cove', at the end of a cul-de-sac and with tarmac roads and parking. There are nearby footpaths down to the sea and the cove below.

On site there is a shop, launderette, post box and telephone etc.

There are stunning coastal walks all around, with Portland Bill less then two miles away and Weymouth five miles away. A short walk from Cove Holiday Park brings you to the village of Easton, which has all the usual amenities including a hotel, and other first class places to eat, restaurants, pubs and take-aways to suit all tastes.

There are so many places to vist near by such as Monkey World, Longleat Safari Park, Abbotsbury Swannery & Tropical Gardens, Portland Castle, Lulworth Castle, Weymouth Sea Life Centre, Compton Acres, Sherbourne Castle, Wookey Hole, Tank Museum, market towns and the famous Jurassic coastline.

Portland and Weymouth is the designated sailing events venue for the 2012 Olympics.

Our caravan is available right up to 13th January 2009
At a cost of £300 a week (part weeks taken on a pro-rata basis - min 3 days)
