Owner's Description

Caravan to let; 6 berth, 2 bedroom (1 double and 1 twin). Both bedrooms have lots of storage. There is also a double pull out sofa bed in the lounge. The master bedroom has en-suite access to the caravan's shower room/ WC.

Duvets and pillows and all necessary bedding is provided for the double and 2 single beds. The two singles can easily made into a double bed. Bedding is NOT supplied for the pullout sofa (double bed).

You need to bring your own towels & tea towels.

The lounge/dining area has a gas fire, TV with Sky, and a DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, microwave/grill, gas cooker with hob, grill and oven, and all necessary kitchen items (plates, glasses etc).

There is lawn area surrounding the caravan and a parking bay.

The setting is in the most beautiful and peaceful area of the park; very quiet and secluded.

Gas & electricity included in tariff.

Pricing can be lower for certain times of the year. In addition shorter/weekend breaks are available.

Substantial discounts are available for returning clients.

Beauport Park

Beauport Estate in East Sussex is set in over 1700 acres of rolling countryside and Beauport Park is set in 80 acres of the estate in peaceful sloping woodland. The park is quiet and is made up of mainly privately owned holiday homes. The recently refurbished/modernised clubhouse offers good food and an extensive bar selection. There is also a regular evening entertainment programme. The clubhouse also has pool tables and is WiFi enabled.

The woodland setting provides opportunities for walking and cycling and at the lower end of the park you can walk down through the woodland to the valley below.

Hastings, its beach and all other seaside attractions, is only 10 minutes away and a regular bus service operates from just outside the park. Within the close locality there are many other coastal and country walks, numerous places of historical interest, plus opportunities for fishing and golf. Hastings now boasts a great shopping area and just 2 minutes from the park there is a Sainsbury's superstore, Post Office and local pub.
