Owner's Description

We have a 2004, spacious, 2 bedroom family caravan, which sleeps up to six people. Located in a lovely quiet position away from the main resort with plenty of space.

It contains one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with an additional fold down double bed in the lounge.

Our caravan is clean and well cared for, and fully equipped with Freeview TV, DVD and video player with lots of films to choose, radio/CD, Playstation 2 with games and a selection of board games.

The kitchen contains a full cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, toasted sandwich maker, iron and board.

Outside we have a patio set with parasol, BBQ and own parking space right beside the caravan.

Ladram Bay is an award winning family holiday park in Devon. On site facilities include a private and secluded beach, kids club, beach shop, crazy golf, indoor heated pool complex for adults and children, great family entertainment, bar, sea view restaurant, take away, amusement arcade, adventure playground and a launderette.

Only 30 minutes drive away is Crealy Adventure Park. Just 15 minutes away is World of Country Life; well worth a visit.
