The lounge has a very comfortable corner sofa and two armchairs, gas fire, equipped with a flat screen TV, DVD and freeview.

There is a free standing dining table with 6 chairs and we also have a high chair for the little ones.

The kitchen is modern, fully fitted, with a full sized oven/hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and board and a full sized integrated fridge and freezer and all the equipment you would find in your own kitchen.

We also have smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors fitted. All have regular checks as does the gas oven, fire and boiler.

The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, bed side tables, side lamps, alarm clock, large wardrobe, and overhead storage and hairdryer.

Both twin rooms have wardrobe/storage area, side lamp and bed side table. There is also a bed rail for the little ones.

The bathroom has a basin and an extra large shower and there is a separate toilet and basin.

We have a selection of books, board/outdoor games and toys for children and adults of all ages. We also have buckets and spades, beach mats, a picnic blanket, foldable chairs, wind breaker and baby beach shelter tent for your use.

Presthaven sands Holiday Park

Offers a great base for your family holiday, where you can enjoy endless days of action packed adventures or visit the many beautiful scenic and historic areas or just sit back and relax!

The park is located on a fabulous 7 mile stretch of sandy beach and dunes with its own lighthouse! There are many lovely walks from the park, one of which takes you through wildlife conservation areas.

The park facilities include:

2 indoor pools and 1 outdoor pool with water sports/sauna, all weather sports courts where you can participate in fencing, archery, football, basketball etc, bikes for hire, go-arts, mini golf, small funfair, mini ten pin bowling, large amusement arcades with pool tables.

If this is not enough for your children, there is also 3 kids clubs to help amuse them, ranging from the ages of 1-16 years.

Also on site, there is a well stocked convenience store with bakery and off license, a gift shop, and launderette and hire shop.

If you don’t want to cook, the site has a fish and chip shop takeaway and restaurant, Burger King, traditional pub with sky sorts and pub grub, and a large cafe bar again with sky sports and a extensive menu including breakfasts and Sunday carvery and curry night.

There is evening entertainments 7 days a week with 2 show bars, starting with the kids entertainment and disco, family and adult bingo, family entertainments with games/competitions and adult entertainment, and include cabaret and bands, comedians, disco, adult games and karaoke.

Llandudno – Great Orme, tramway and cable cars, Happy Valley, ski slope, Haufre Gardens and Pier.

Conway – Castle, Butterfly Jungle, Bodnant Gardens.

Bookings

Prices listed are for a weeks stay, Saturday to Saturday.

Midweek/weekend stays are also available on request; we will always try to accommodate you.

There is a £50 refundable deposit to pay to secure your booking. It will be refunded within 14 days of your stay, provided the caravan is left clean, tidy and without damage. Please note that monies will be taken out of the deposit for damages or if the caravan is deemed not sufficiently cleaned.

Full balance is to be paid no later than 6 weeks before your stay.

All prices include gas and electricity.

Prices do not include entertainments passes but are available from the site on arrival.

Prices do not include bed linen or towels.

Couples and families welcome, unfortunately, the site does not allow single sex groups or under 21’s.
