Owner's Description

We have a spacious, luxury six berth static caravan to let.

Our privately owned caravan is situated in a private area of Lido Beach Caravan Park and has a large veranda that has a patio table and six chairs, two sun loungers, sun parasol and a BBQ.

There is a large lounge area and open kitchen with dining area.

Amenities within the caravan include a digital TV, video, radio, CD player, fridge, microwave, full cooker, toaster, electric kettle, iron and hair dryer.

The caravan has two bedrooms, a main bedroom with double bed and wardrobes, and a second bedroom with two single beds and wardrobes.

There is also a sprung pull-out double bed in the lounge area.

The bathroom is a good size with a walk in shower.

Our caravan is ideally situated for the beach, children's play area, tennis court, shop and The Nova Centre swimming pool, which has a large adult sized pool, a water slide and children's pool. The Centre also has a reasonably priced restaurant, bar, large TV and snack bar

Also on Lido Beach Caravan Park is a cafe and launderette. The long sandy beach, just a two minute walk away, is also accessible from the park without crossing any roads.

Prestatyn town centre is only a short walk away, where you will find excellent shopping facilities.

The train station is only a short walk away and the local bus stop is only 4 minutes walk.
