The sleeping accommodation comprises of a double master bedroom and two twin bedrooms, with ample storage within the fitted furniture. There is also a double pull out bed in the lounge.
The shower room and WC are separate.
Outside there is a decking area with picnic table, which makes it ideal for barbecues or just eating out.
Gas, electricity and water are all included in the price and we supply duvets, pillows and mattress protectors. All you will have to bring are duvet covers (if required), bottom sheets, pillow cases and towels. There is linen hire on site if preferred.
A deposit of £100 will be required at the time of reservation, with the balance being due six weeks prior to arrival.
Our caravan is always cleaned by us and we will greet you personally on arrival with a complimentary bottle of wine and tea/coffee.
Due to the site regulations, single sex parties will not be permitted.
Perran Sands Holiday Park
The Perran Sands site consists of 500 acres of sand dunes and is ideal for a family holiday or somewhere to just chill out and relax - it's your choice.
Daytime and evening entertainment is provided on the park together with two swimming pools, various bars, a restaurant, fish & chip shop, amusements, minature golf (new) and a supermarket for all those essentials.
Entertainment passes are available, but the cost of these is NOT included in the price. These can be collected from the site office on arrival and I will supply the application forms if required.
Local Area
Perranporth itself is an idyllic walk away and can easily be reached via stunning walks over the dunes and across the beach itself. Here you will find an abundance of shops, restaurants and pubs. You must visit the 'Cornish Oven' for your pasty!!
Perranporth beach itself is famous for the surfing, kite surfing and para gliding and is featured in the television programme. It also has full time seasonal lifeguards, so can be considered very safe.
Newquay is only about seven miles north and the Eden Project, Flambards, the cathedral city of Truro and Lands End are all within easy reach.
There is a bus service which leaves the site periodically.
We absolutely love spending time here, which we try to do most weekends when not hired out. We know you will love it too.
Several of our bookings this year are 'friends' returning for the second time.
