Owner's Description

Our holiday caravan is situated in the quiet wooded valley of the Iron Mill Stream. It is situated in its own private paddock, bordered one side by the stream and the other by woodland.

Our holiday home comprises of one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with a drop down bunk for under 8's.

It has a newly fitted bathroom with shower unit, flushable toilet and wash basin.

The kitchen area has a full size gas cooker, refigerator, microwave, toaster etc. and all crockery and utensils.

The lounge area has a gas fire, television with DVD, CD/radio and also contains the dining seating area, which can be converted into a further double bed.

Local Area

The caravan is situated just a mile from Oakford village, which has a small post office/shop and the Red Lion Public House. Tiverton, a small market town, is about 8 miles away and has a canal, castle and leisure complex. Golf Course and small museum. M5 motorway is 20 mins away providing easy links to Taunton, Exeter and South Coasts. Bampton a pretty market town is 5 miles away and provides many convenient shops, pubs and restaurants.

A short drive will take you to Exmoor for wonderful walking and exploring, and Wimbleball Lake is about half an hour away for watersports. We are also ideally situated for exploring the north and south Coasts.

Local fishing is also available.
