Owner's Description

Newlands farm is situated between Dartmoor and Exmoor where it is still a pleasure to walk the flower bedecked lanes.

The farm is pesticide free and wild life and flowers are in abundance.

We are one and a half miles from the village of Dolton where there is a well stocked mini supermarket with post office, a butcher and 3 public houses, which all do good food.

The well known Duke of York Iddesleigh is only 2 miles away. Also 2 miles away is the Devon Trust`s Halsdon Reserve and the beautiful River Torridge. If you would prefer to walk to the village take the Tarka Trail through the local countryside. On other parts of the trail you can walk or cycle for miles and not a car in sight.

The mobile home is set in 1/2 an acre of mature garden with open view across the fields to Dartmoor. There is off road parking, private entrance and patio area as well as a large lawn /play area with picnic table, and swings and slide for the under 10s.

There are 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin bedded rooms, a lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with gas oven and hob, fridge and microwave.

The lounge has a gas fire and colour combi TV and video.

There is electric lighting throughout and a night storage heater near the bedrooms.

There is a large porch over the main entrance and decking outside the lounge door with table and sun shade. If you want a quiet place to stay this is the place for you.

Nearby you will find golf courses including Libbaton Golf course at High Bickington, garden centres, farm/theme parks and beaches within easy reach.

Also close by is The Big Sheep near Bideford, R.H.S. Rosemoor Torrington, Dartington Glass Torrington, Westward Ho with its famous pebble ridge, Saunton Sands, miles of sandy beach and Croyde beach good for surfing.
