Living/Dining Area
A spacious open area, which is great for entertaining. The living area includes a large sofa, coffee table, gas fire, TV and DVD. The sofa also opens up to make a double bed. The dining area has a large round table with L shaped sofa and two stools.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, gas oven, grill and hob plus all the necessities for easy living.
Deck & Garden
The large deck is built from solid wood and perfect for those sunny day afternoons lounging in front of the BBQ with a nice glass of Pinot Grigio! A 30 second or so walk: you will have the beautiful views of the Solent and exquisite walking locations that are some of the best in the UK.
Solent Breezes Holiday Village
Solent Breezes is situated on the edge of the Solent at the end of a country lane. It has breathtaking views across the water to the Isle of Wight and is an excellent place to relax and unwind.
Family entertainment is what it is all about at Solent Breezes, with a full programme of entertainment for adults and children alike, for those wishing to participate. Or relax and enjoy a drink in the licensed bar, go out onto the sun terrace where you can watch the world's most famous shipping pass by.
Take a dip in the heated outdoor leisure pool - and the kids get their own paddling pool area too, or just laze around on the poolside patio and soak up the atmosphere.
On the Park there is also a village store and a launderette for your convenience.
Site amenities requiring membership include tennis. Site amenities that do not require membership include the pub/club, fishing, grocery shop and restaurant.
The Local Area
The site has direct beach access and is surrounded by a coastal conservation area, which is great for walking and cycling off road. There is also great scope for fishermen and sailors as the site also has its own slipway and boat park.
The nearby village of Titchfield has 4 pubs, and the sailing towns of Warsash and Swanwick have several more. There are also numerous restaurants in the area. Titchfield also boasts one of the best BBQ butchers in the area.
The caravan is situated amongst the historic cities of Southampton, Portsmouth and Winchester, with the Isle of Wight just a fifteen minute boat trip away (be quick due to the Cowes Week traffic wanting accommodation).
The New Forest and picturesque villages of the Meon Valley are also within easy reach.
Local Amenities include the beach, scenic walks, watersports, nature reserve, amusements, pubs and clubs, theme park, take aways, fishing, historical attractions, and an indoor pool.
After a brisk walk along the stunning Solent beach, treat yourself to a cosy night in front of the fireplace,
backed by central heating. The double glazing will ensure a comfortable and relaxing night in.

A £50 deposit (non refundable) secures your booking, with the balance due 6 weeks prior to the holiday
Keys will be posted upon receipt of full payment
There will be a holding deposit (£50) for damages, refunded one week after check out
