Owner's Description

Our caravan is family owned and situated on a privately owned site at the top of the Park, away from any noise from the main road or entertainment centre. It is also in a dog free area.

We have a decked area with lockable gate (ideal for young children), six chairs and a parasol.

We have included lots of little extras to improve your comfort and enjoyment in the caravan.

The accommodation comprises one double bedroom with wall panel heater, two twin bedrooms, and travel cots and bedguard (if required). All bed linen is provided.

The dining area includes a table (extends to double-size), four chairs, a child's high chair, booster seats, a stool and folding chair (if needed).

The lounge area comprises seating for 6-8, gas fire, flat screen colour TV, DVD player, Freeview digital TV, radio, books and games.

The bathroom has a shower cubicle and wash basin. There is also a small separate WC with hand basin.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, gas cooker, spin dryer, microwave, extractor fan, 4 slice toaster, electric steamer, kettle and iron/ironing board.

All electricity and gas is provided FREE.

Newquay Holiday Park

The park is located in rural countryside only three miles from Newquay and is on a good bus route. The beaches around Newquay are arguably the finest in the country and the town has many other excellent attractions to choose from including:

Fistral Beach, famous for its high quality surfing and stunning scenic views; Dairyland Farm World with petting animals, a huge nature trail and an adventure playground; and Lappa Valley Steam Railway, opened in 1849, which runs on one of the oldest railway track beds in Cornwall.
