The lounge area comprises seating for 6-8, gas fire, flat screen colour TV, DVD player, Sky digital receiver, radio, books and games.
The bathroom has a shower cubicle and wash basin. There is also a small separate WC with hand basin.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, gas cooker, microwave, extractor fan, 4 slice toaster, electric steamer, kettle and iron/ironing board.
All electricity and gas is provided FREE.
