Owner's Description

FULL WEEK BOOKINGS ONLY PLEASE (SORRY, NO SHORT BREAKS)

The accommodation is a luxury mobile home measuring 37 x 12, with the added advantage of an attached, fully enclosed veranda for safe outside use.

It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with garden and has its own parking spaces for 2 cars.

The caravan has quality furnishings and is carpeted throughout. There are two bedrooms, 1 with en-suite WC and hand basin. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and there is also a double bed within the pull out settee in the lounge. A travel cot is also provided if required.

Duvets and pillows are supplied but holiday makers would need to provide their own linen, towels and tea towels.

The shower room has has a very good sized, glass doored shower, WC and hand basin.

The lounge is fully equipped with colour LCD colour TV with built in FREEVIEW, DVD player, CD player/radio, full 3 piece suite, gas fire and dining table with 4 chairs. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full sized gas cooker, full sized fridge/freezer, microwave, ironing board and iron.

The veranda has outside lighting and we have provided quality outdoor furniture, which includes a table and 4 chairs, large umbrella and two loungers.

The caravan has full gas central heating radiators and double glazing throughout as well as a ceiling fan in the lounge and fans in both bedrooms. It also has ample storage throughout.

Electricity and gas included in rental prices.

No smoking or pets please (but in case of anyone with a pet allergy please be aware that owners have their own dog which goes to the caravan).

Shorefield Country Park

The mobile home is in Shorefield Country Park; a fabulous 5 star Holiday Park situated in 100 acres of delightful landscaped gardens.

On site there is a well stocked shop, laundry room, bars, restaurant, hairdressers, outdoor play areas, indoor and outdoor pools, spa, gym, tennis court, crazy golf and outdoor table tennis. A fee is payable for hire of equipment etc and use of the pool, spa and gym, which are booked at reception.

The sea at Milford is just a 2 minute drive or a lovely 20 minute walk from the caravan. We are also just a 10 minute drive from the beautiful New Forest and a 30 minute drive to Bournemouth.

Please note a £100 is charged on top of rental price for key/damage/cleaning cover, will be refunded immediately on inspection.
