Our caravan has three bedrooms; two twin and one double. Duvets and pillows are provided but please bring your own sheets/duvet covers and pillow cases, towels and tea towels.
There is a shower room with toilet and basin.
The living room has a TV and DVD player as well as a double pull out bed.
The kitchen has a full size gas cooker, fridge, microwave, and all pots and pans, cutlery, iron and ironing board and a hoover.
To book we ask for a returnable £50 deposit (unless holiday is cancelled) and half the cost of the holiday. We require the balance three weeks before your holiday commences.
Parties of young people or all female/male groups are not permitted.
We also ask that you respect our NO SMOKING policy.
Weeks commence Saturday to Saturday. Check in is at 2pm and we ask that you vacate by 11am in order for us to get the caravan ready for the next people.

If you like sports whilst on your holiday then this is the caravan and site for you, with course fishing on the sister site (Waterside - across the
road) and golf at nearby Adlethorpeare, available at a small cost and you must bring your own equipment.
This caravan is an ideal base for the family to explore Lincolnshire, with bird watching at Anderby Creek and shopping and pampering at Woodall Spa.
