Owner's Description

Our luxury modern caravan situated on Kingfisher Park Ingoldmells, is very clean and comfortable. It comprises of 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin; a total of 6 berths.

It has a fully equipped kitchen with full size cooker, fridge, microwave, pots, pans, cutlery and cooking utensils. The lounge area has comfortable seating, dining table, TV, DVD player and a gas fire.

The bathroom is equipped with a walk in shower, toilet and hand basin. There is also a second toilet with hand basin, off the hallway.

Outside the caravan is a large UPVC enclosed veranda with table and chairs.

Kingfisher Park is on Sea Lane. It is just a 5 minute walk from Fantasy Island where you will find the large market and the funfair, and the Fantasy Island pyramid with amusements and rides for the little ones, plus shows for all the family with free admission.

Skegness is around 4 miles away and there is a regular bus service to and from Skegness or Chapel St Leanards, which itself is only a couple of miles away. If the weather is a bit bleak you can always purchase a day pass to Butlins, which is just up the road.
