In the lounge there is a very comfortable 3 piece leather suite, 37" wide screen Television with Freeview facilities, along with a combined DVD and CD Player with a selection of DVDs and books for your enjoyment. The lounge also has all the added extras such as wall lights, lamps and plenty of cushions to give it that lovely home from home feeling. Enjoy!!

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom has a very comfortable fully sprung double bed, bedside lamps, wardrobe and wall cupboard with overhead storage and dressing table and mirror.

Bedroom Two

Twin beds, wardrobe and overhead storage.

Bedroom Three

Single bed with bedside cabinet, wardrobe and overhead storage.

There's also a bathroom with a full sized shower, wash basin and toilet.

Please Note:

1. Whilst it is possible to sleep 5 people in the caravan, we prefer a maximum of 4 guests to be accommodated.

2. Please remember to bring with you bed linen such as bottom sheets,duvet covers,pillowcases and towels.

Lakeland Leisure Park

Off the Park

There are lots of places to visit near the park. Here are some ideas for great family fun days out:

Ducky's Park Farm, Holker Hall, The world of Beatrix Potter Attraction, South Lakes Wild Animal Park, Lake Windermere Cruises.

Bookings

1. To book your holiday a £75 Damage Deposit is required (Payable within 7 days of booking). This deposit is in addition to the cost of your holiday and will be refunded up to 14 days after your holiday providing the caravan is left clean and tidy and there are no damages or items missing. Please note in the event of cancellation this deposit is non refundable.

2. Families and couples only please. Bookings made by anyone under the age of 25 or groups of single or same sex are not accepted.

3. Caravan hire price does not include Funworks Passes. These if required are available from Havens Reception on arrival at the park.

4. Smoking IS NOT allowed in the caravan.

5. Holidaymakers pets ARE NOT allowed in the caravan.

6. The maximum number of occupants in the caravan is 4. Please note whilst it is possible to accommodate 5 people in the caravan, we prefer a maximum number of 4 guests to be accommodated.

7. Bed linen and towels ARE NOT included in the hire price.

8. The caravan is available after 3.30pm and departure is no later than 10.30am.

9. Gas and Electricity is included in the hire price.
