The kitchen area is large and open plan with lots of storage, which comprises of an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, George Foreman grill, and is fully stocked with pots, pans cutlery, iron, glassware and plastic tumblers etc; everything you need for the kitchen use.

The comfortable dining area is between the kitchen and lounge.

The lounge area is spacious and open plan with a wrap around seating area, colour TV, freeview box, DVD player and a variety of children's DVDs as well as an assortment of games, cards and dominoes to keep the children (and adults) entertained inside.

Gas and Electric is included in the price.

Duvets and pillows are included, but we ask that you bring your own sheets, duvet covers and towels.

Strictly no smoking anywhere in the caravan, although ash trays will be provided for you to smoke outside the caravan. Please do not throw your cigarette ends outside on the grass as it does not look very nice.

There is an extensive bus service to Skegness every 10 minutes and buses stop right outside the park (hail and ride). There is also the railway station in Skegness for non drivers, with regular bus services to the nearby resorts.

Kingfisher Caravan Park

The caravan is sited on Kingfisher Park in Ingoldmells. It is very clean and well appointed and spacious and provides all the comforts of home whilst being a stones throw away from the beach and Fantasy Island, with all its rides, restaurants and Eastgate 7 day market.

Kingfisher Park is private, has CCTV, security patrols every hour and a card operated barrier system for entry and exit onto the site.

The park itself is very quiet, yet right in the heart of all the action of Ingoldmells. It has an on site shop, laundry and a children's park/play area. Kingfisher Park is joined onto Coastfields Holiday Village, Kingfisher's sister park, providing an entertainment centre with evening shows and kids club, restaurant and indoor swimming pool with splash and bubble pool for younger guests. Coastfields charge a small fee for using their facilities.

Local Area

Nearby Fantasy Island has an endless amount of entertainment for young and old including the Millennium roller coaster, Jubilee Odyssey - Europe's longest suspended roller coaster, and other thrill seeking attractions.

Locally there are numerous bars, restaurants, cafes, clubs and arcades, and the beautiful beach is literally only 10 minutes walk away from the park.

Join in the fun at Silly Billy's big top, where you will meet Benji Bear, see different acts every night, play games like cash bingo and open the box. A huge projection screen in the sports bar area shows Sky Sports TV. There's also a burger and pizza bar for if you are hungry.

Butlins is about a mile away where you can purchase day passes to use all their facilities.

Skegness town and seafront with its pleasure beach, just a short bus ride or drive away with lots of parking, has a fun fair, shopping, play parks for kids, restaurants and cafes.

You really won't be stuck for something to do!

A £100 bond, which is FULLY RETURNABLE to you after inspection if the caravan is left as it was found, with no damage, and if the no smoking rule has been enforced, and also a s a £100 non returnable deposit is required within 7 days to secure your booking. Balance to be paid in full 6 weeks before your holiday begins.

A phone number is required and a FULL house address so we can contact you if need be.

2 weeks before your holiday, we will post out to you your keys for the caravan, as well as the barrier key.

All payments by cheque MUST be cleared AT LEAST 14 days prior to your arrival.

Please Note: Strictly no more than 8 people to occupy the caravan overnight. This is because of the Park's fire and safety regulations.
