Owner's Description

This is a brand new, 4 bedroom caravan and almost everything in it is also brand new.

There is TV in the lounge and a small TV in the bedroom. There is also a DVD player, PS1 console, board games, iron, hair dryer, and the normal facilities i.e. fridge, full size cooker, microwave, kettle etc.

Outside we have garden furniture and a BBQ (please ask).

Our caravan is about 10 minutes away from The Bells pub (and others), the amusements and shops. We are just 15 minutes away from Fantasy Island market and fair ground etc., and about 20 to 30 minutes walk away from Chaple.

The bus stop is about a 5 minute walk away, to take you to Skegness etc.

Although there is nothing on the site, except a nice caravan, everything is very local. There is a little shop nearby for all those little bits you might forget.

Bookings & Conditions

We try very hard to make sure the caravan is kept in very good condition and will be grateful if all our customers did the same.

We ask all our customers to fill out an agreement form and sign to say they agree to all the Terms and Conditions.

We ask for a £50 deposit (none refundable) to secure your holiday. All damages must be paid for.

We require a bond of £100 which is fully refundable as long as theres no damage etc. This does go into my bank but then I send one back from myself after the caravan has been checked, if all is well.

These prices are for one family (ie 2 adults 3 kids) any more adults will be charged in addition. Any people extra you will loose the bond.

There is no smoking any smoking you will also lose the bond.
