Bathroom: Toilet, large shower and wash basin.

Outside is a large, new wooden veranda and table and chairs to sit and relax and watch the ducks.

Bedding is included and beds are ready made up for your arrival to save on your holiday time. A bed guard is provided for those who have smaller children.

Milk is also provided so you can enjoy a cuppa the minute you arrive, and cordial is provided for those who have children.

Strictly no smoking and no pets allowed.

To book a £50 deposit is also required within 7 days of your booking. The remaining balance to be paid 4 weeks before your holiday commences.

A £50 bond is also required to ensure that the caravan is left clean and no breakages or damages occur during your stay, this will be forwarded on to you 7 days after your holiday.

Strictly no young single, same sex groups allowed or under 21s. Families and couples only.

Only 8 people allowed in the caravan per holiday.

Waterside Leisure Park

Waterside Leisure Park is located on Anchor Lane in Ingoldmells. It is a quiet family park close to everything that Ingoldmells has to offer. The park has 2 fishing lakes (permits available from the office at an extra charge).

A gateway through the park leads you to Lakeside Lesiure where there is crazy golf, giant slide, children's indoor adventure play, boating lake and cafe. On the park there is a small supermarket.

A bus stop for Skegness is located outside of the park. Anchor Lane has alot of shops and cafes and the Bell public house with children's entertainment. Fantasy Island is a 20 minute walk away.

There's plenty to do; Skegness is 10 minutes by car, Chapel St Leonards is 5 minutes by car and Mablethorpe is 20 minutes by car.

The beach is only 5 minutes away.
