Owner's Description

Our holiday caravan to let has two bedrooms; one double and two single, with a double pull out in lounge.

The kitchen has an oven, grill, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, iron and ironing board.

The bathroom has a small bath with shower, toilet, basin and WC.

The lounge includes a television, DVD player, breakfast table and stools.

Our caravan is situated on Valley Farm Caravan Park in Clacton on Sea and is very close to all amenities i.e swimming pool and club etc., but is in secluded, quiet area on level ground with ample parking adjacment and opposite our pitch.

Valley Farm is a 4 star site just a short work from the centre of Clacton, the pier and beach.

For the fishermen amongst you Carp lakes and preditor lake are only a 10 minute drive away. Night fishing is allowed on large carp lakes 30lbs+, small carp lake up to 20lbs, match lakes, preditor lake last year Cats up to 30lbs - only £7.00 per 2 rods!
