Owner's Description

Our family caravan is based on the popular Coastfields Leisure site with plenty of ameneties both on site and nearby.

It has one double bedroom, with walk in wardrobe, TV point and an en-suite toilet. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be put together to make a double if needed. There is also a pull-out double sofa bed in the lounge.

The bathroom consists of a large shower, wash basin and toilet.

The stylish kitchen is fitted with an eye-level built-in oven and grill with microwave above. There is also a built-in fridge/freezer. The stainless steel hob has an extractor fan and overhead light.

There is a seperate dining area will dining table and 4 chairs. (2 additional folding dining chars are stored in the main bedroom.

The lounge consists consists of a comfortable sofa and 2 swivel armchairs. Freeview TV, DVD/video player and CD player are included for your comfort.

The caravan has central heating and is fully double glazed. There is a small veranda and grass area surrounding the caravan to wile away those sunny days. Folding outdoor chairs are supplied.

We supply duvets and pillows, but you will need to provide your own sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.

Gas and electric is free.

Bookings & Conditions

There will be a £50 non-refundable deposit for each week booked. The balance will be payable 4 weeks before the start date of your holiday.

There is a £50 bond to cover the safe return of the keys to the office, breakages and/or damage. This is payable with the balance and will then be returned upon inspection of the caravan.

If the balance is not received by four weeks prior to the start of your holiday, then we will re-advertise the caravan and you will lose the booking.

We do not allow single sex groups.

We accept bookings from couples or families only.
