Craig Tara Holiday Park has various entertainment venues to suit everyone including the family fun swimming pool with flumes etc. There are also arcades, outdoor football areas, outside play area for children, tenpin bowling, crazy golf, indoor soft play area, and a fun fair with kiddies rides.

Passes for amenities can be purchased at reception if required.

Locally

Craig Tara Holiday Park is only a 10 to 15 minute drive from the town of Ayr, and there is a regular bus service from site. Ayr has a lovely beach front with play areas for the children. For the adults there is a great shopping centre with all local banks, supermarkets etc. Ayr also has an outdoor market on Sundays which is very popular with locals and visitors alike. The market takes place in Ayr's very own Racecourse which has regular meetings for those of us who like a little flutter. There are also good golf courses in the surrounding areas.

Ayr is siuated on the west coast of Scotland and has lots of lovely towns not too far to drive including Girvan, Prestwick and Troon.

2 minutes drive from the holiday park is a Farm Park, with lots of activities for the kids. You could easily spend the day there and the children would love it.
