double glazing.
The interior is an open plan design with lounge, diner and kitchen areas.
In the kitchen are a full size cooker, fridge and microwave, the usual small appliances and crockery and glassware.
You'll find it equipped with a TV with video player, CD player and a large selection of games, books and videos for all ages.
There is a shower room with a full size shower cubicle, with instant hot water provided by the combi-boiler. There is also a small storage area in the shower room. There is a separate toilet with wash basin.
The three bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin, all have wardrobes and storage cupboards.
