A radio cassette player, TV, freeview box, DVD player and smoke alarm are all installed.

Outside we have our own private parking for 2 cars, as well as a storage box containing table, chairs, sun loungers and windbreaker.

Pillows and duvets with covers are provided, however you will need to supply your own bed linen and bath/hand/tea/pool/beach towels, etc.

There are no hidden extras in our hire charges.

As we are a no smoking family we respectfully ask that all smoking takes place outside on the patio - thank you.

Southview Leisure Park

Southview Leisure Park is situated on the main Borough Road, with Skegness being only 5 minutes and Ingoldmells only 10 minutes away.

The park boasts an indoor heated swimming pool, adult snooker room, well equipped gymnasium and bar area with bistro, all within the Golf Clubhouse.

A 9 hole golf course, bowling green and 2 fishing lakes are also all located within the park.

The cabaret lounge has children's entertainment followed by cabaret entertainers and bingo every evening. An adults' 'quiet lounge' is also available.

A Children's play area and amusement arcade and a well stocked mini-market can also all be found on site.

The on site 4 star Southview Hotel houses a restaurant, Orangery coffee bar, Bar with Sky TV, internet suite and regular themed tribute evenings throughout the season, all for use of caravan park guests.

Booking Conditions

Arrival time-2pm / Vacating time-10am

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking, the balance to be paid 6 weeks before departure date.

A £50 bond is to be paid with the balance, and will be re-paid at the end of thr holiday when caravan is left in a clean condition, with no damage or breakages.
