Owner's Description

A brand new, luxury, 38 foot, 3 bedroom caravan, sleeping 6 people and having the benefit of a large sundeck with patio furniture & sea views.

The caravan has double glazing and heating in all bedrooms. The caravan is convieniently located close to the entertainment complex and pools.

There are 3 bedrooms, 1 having a double bed and 2 rooms each having 2 single beds.

All of the bedrooms are heated. Quilts and pillows are supplied (you can supply your own linen or you can hire it from the shop on site).

The modern, contemporary lounge area has an electric fire, flatscreen freeview TV and a DVD player.

The kitchen area has a modern electric cooker with an extraction hood, a large upright fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and a microwave, as well as a full inventory for 6 people.

Hoburne Torbay Holiday Park is fully equipped for adults and children to have a great time. Site facilities include an indoor pool with a flume, a heated outdoor pool with a paddling pool (open from mid May), sauna, steam room, mini tenpin bowling, crazy golf, children's adventure playground, children's soft play area and an amusement arcade. There is also a licensed club with entertainment, restaurant and a snack bar, and a well stocked shop on the site.

Hoburne Torbay is ideally situated with Paignton, Torquay, Brixham and Paignton Zoo just a short drive away. Alternatively you may choose to stay local; a short walk away is Goodrington Beach with amenities such as Keywest Waterslide Park, go-karts, a family pub and an arcade. You may even choose to take a ride on the steam train.
