Owner's Description

Our caravan is a Willerby Winchester, classed as Haven Gold Standard, with central heating and double glazing.

It has a dining area with open plan lounge/kitchen with a 3 piece suite, making it comfortable and homely, a TV, video, DVD with freeview and a midi hi-fi system. The kitchen amenities include a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, full size oven and hob.

There are 3 bedrooms, two twin and one double, and all bedding is included. The shower room has a toilet and basin, and there is also a separate toilet with basin.

Outside our caravan has its own garden with outside lighting, furniture, barbecue etc., lovely for sitting out looking at the Welsh hills.

On site there are 2 indoor pools with indoor play area, sports area, large arcade and small fair. Entertainment is nightly with plenty to do for children during the day in the club rooms. The separate restaurant has an extensive menu and is competively priced as well as take-aways and a Burger King. The convenience store is well stocked and has a bakery and off licence. There is also a pub away from the entertainment centre.

The beach is a 5 minute walk away with walks and dunes all looked after by the wardens and volunteers.

Prestatyn is a 5 minute drive away and hosts a market 2 or 3 times a week, with nice shops along the high street. There are so many places to visit within an hours drive including Rhyl with the sun centre, Colwyn Bay with the Mountain Zoo, and Llandudno, making it an ideal base for those wishing to explore North Wales.

Passes are not included in the rental price.

£50 is required to secure your booking. The balance to be paid 1 month prior to arrival, at the latest.

We now also have a 'Standard' 3 bedroom caravan available, which is
of lower spec, but still comfortable and well placed for all amenities
