There are three bedrooms in the caravan. The first is a double bedroom with a double bed, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, over bed storage and a wardrobe. The second and third bedrooms both have two single beds with small wardrobe. The final bed would be made up in the large living room where you will find that the seating area pulls out to make a further double bed.

The toilet is separate from the bathroom and also contains a small vanity sink. In the shower room you will see that there is an enclosed shower cubicle and further full sized sink.

Duvets and pillows are provided, but you will need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels with you. Alternatively you can hire the bed linen from us; should you require your beds making for you for when you arrive this can be catered for so please ask on enquiry. This is a one off payment, regardless of how many people are staying in the caravan.

Gas and electric is included in the price of your stay.

Travel cots and high chairs can be provided, so again please ask on enquiry.

Outside the caravan is a full veranda with a closing gate made from PVC so you know the little ones will be safe.

The caravan is situated in a quiet area of the park and is very homely and extremely comfortable.

Bookings

This caravan is for hire by couples or families only, and will not be let to all male or all female parties.

The stay for this caravan is Saturday from 2pm until the following Saturday until 10am. Short breaks, Monday to Friday and Friday to Monday, are also catered for depending upon availability.

Strictly NO smoking inside the caravan.

No pets are allowed in the caravan.

A deposit of £50 is required on booking the caravan and the remainder should be paid no later than 4 weeks prior to your stay. The deposit will be returned once the caravan has been checked for breakages etc. by return of post.

Location

The Club Tropicana boasts entertainment that is second to none. Inside you can have a game of bingo or watch live entertainment, and there is also a separate children’s area. Entrance is for a small fee. If you didn't want to visit either of these a walk along the main road offers plenty more pubs.

Also on site is also a heated indoor swimming pool, a mini children’s fair, launderette, take-aways, mini market for your groceries, and of course an amusements with bingo.

There is a bus stop on the edge of the site which takes you into Butlins, Fantasy Island, Ingoldmells and Skegness if you didn't fancy taking the car.

Along the main road you will find fishing lakes with its own tackle shop, or if golf is your tipple then head towards Skegness for an 18 hole course.

The beach is just a stroll away through the park.
