The toilet is separate with a hand basin, and another room contains the shower over a small bath, giving you that extra room to wash.
The double bedroom has a double bed with a small vanity table holding a mirror and a hairdryer. Either side of the bed you will find spacious wardrobes. An electric heater is on the wall providing background heating. The second bedroom has 2 single beds with a small wardrobe. There is further sleeping arrangements in the living room area.
All pillows and quilts are provided, although for hygiene reasons we do ask that you bring along your own bedding, towels and tea towels.
Gas and electric is included in the price of your stay.
Golden Palm Resort
Our caravan is sited just a stones throw away from the on site pub (Maid Marian) and the Club Tropicana which boasts entertainment that is second to none. Inside you can have a game of bingo or watch live entertainment, and there is also a separate children’s area. Entrance is for a small fee. If you didn't want to visit either of these a walk along the main road offers plenty more pubs.
Also on site is also a heated indoor swimming pool, a mini children’s fair, launderette, take-aways, mini market for your groceries, and of course an amusements with bingo.
There is a bus stop on the edge of the site which takes you into Butlins, Fantasy Island, Ingoldmells and Skegness if you didn't fancy taking the car.
Along the main road you will find fishing lakes with its own tackle shop, or if golf is your tipple then head towards Skegness for an 18 hole course.
The beach is approximately a 5 minute sroll away through the park.
Terms & Conditions
Saturday through to Saturday is the weekly stay. We also cater for short stays, either Friday to Monday or midweek stays of Monday to Friday.
Smoking is allowed in the caravan but we do ask you NOT to smoke in the bedrooms.
A deposit of £50 is required on booking, with the balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to your stay. If the holiday is cancelled the deposit is non returnable.
On collection of your key at the resort, a key deposit will be asked for, this will be returned when the caravan is checked once vacated.
This is a family site so we do not take bookings from all male or all female groups.
Parking is permitted on site and is close to the caravan.
