Waterside Leisure Park

Our caravan is situated on the quiet family site of Waterside Leisure Park in Anchor Lane, Ingoldmells near Skegness. On site there is a Londis supermarket for your newspapers, fresh bread and milk etc., and two fishing ponds (day tickets required).

Locally

Waterside is close to all amenities, with Fantasy Island and the famous Eastgate market within walking distance.

Hardys Animal Farm, next door, is also a great day out for all the family and the sandy beach is only 5 minutes away. A map of all the local fishing venues is provided in the caravan for those who wish to have a relaxing fishing holiday.

Nearby there is a club house on Stephenson’s site, with entertainment and amusements for the kids. The Anchor and Bell pubs are 5 minutes away, both providing nightly entertainment for grown ups and both with separate kids rooms with entertainment for them. The Bell also provides good meals at very reasonable prices.

Elsewhere on Anchor Lane there is the usual Fish & Chip shops, restaurants, amusements and some good shops to browse around. Coastfields site is also 5 minutes away with its swimming pool and clubhouse with nightly entertainment (passes required).

Buses run every 10 minutes in high season from outside the site, passing Fantasy Island and Butlins, into Skegness with all its attractions including the Embassy Theatre, which provides entertaining shows for all ages.

Terms & Conditions

To book we ask for a returnable bond of £30 as deposit (£50 if you are taking your pet). This will be refunded if the caravan is left as you found it and with no damage.

We require the balance four weeks before your holiday commences.

In the event of a cancellation the deposit is non-refundable.

Parties of young people or all female/male groups are not permitted under any circumstances.

We do allow smoking, but it is forbidden in the bedrooms due the fire hazard.

Weeks commence Saturday to Saturday – some shorter durations are available out of high season.

Check in is at 1pm and we ask that you vacate by 10am in order for us to prepare the caravan for the next guests.
