Our kitchen is fully equipped with all essential items including crockery and cutlery, electric toaster, microwave, kettle, fridge and a full range of pots, pans, glasses and cups etc., up to 8 servings.

The lounge is the main seating area in the caravan and has a full range of equipment. There is seating on the left and right side with a fireplace in the middle. The seating on the right side also incorporates a metal framed pull out bed to give extra sleeping capacity.

You will also find a portable 14in TV combined with a DVD player and a selection of films, so if you don’t fancy going out there’s plenty to keep you occupied when the going gets tough, and a stereo to keep up-to-date with local news. Or if you don’t fancy that there is a Playstation 1 and games to amuse yourselves, so there’s no reason why the kids should ever say the words ‘I’m bored’.

The Main bedroom is situated in the middle of the caravan. It as upper and lower cupboards, with shelves in between, on each side of the bed. At the bottom of the bed there is a wardrobe and dressing table with drawers and small shelves. There is also an electric socket and shaver point.

Across from the bedroom there is a broom cupboard where you will find we have provided a clothes airier and vacuum cleaner. Next door to that door is the toilet and wash bowl. Across from the toilet is the shower room with wash bowl to wash or freshen yourselves up. Also there is a towel heater so your towels will be nice and warm.

Bedroom 2 has two single beds side by side with a small, free standing cupboard in between that can be moved out of the way to enable the beds to be fastened together to make a double bed if preferred; there are two fastening clips at top and bottom of the beds. There are also two bolts on the legs of the right hand bed to fasten it back in place when your holiday ends. This bedroom also has a wardrobe and cupboards above.

Bedroom number 3 has a small double bed. It also has a wardrobe at the bottom of the bed and cupboards above and at the side.

All of the bedrooms are heated and pillows and quilts are provided, although you are required to bring your own linen.

A £50 deposit is required within seven days of your reservation, the balance being payable 4 weeks before commencing your holiday.

Golden Sands Holiday Park

Golden Sands is one of Haven’s finest holiday parks and the park has a wide range of attractions and facilities to suit all ages.

The main complex is fully enclosed so once your in you can let the kids run free. Facilities include go-karts, fabulous heated indoor and outdoor pools with features like aqua slide or aqua scooters and swimming lessons, an all weather sports pitch, football, basketball, archery, fencing, crazy golf, pool and snooker tables, mini tenpin bowling, fishing lakes, kids indoor soft play area fun palace (ball pool), Funworks amusements, plus 2 show bars with live entertainment. There’s also a fishing lake available on site (rod licence required).

Your kids will never be bored at Golden Sands; there's kid's clubs from tots to teens, shows, fancy dress competitions and much more. The Fun star staff will definitely keep your kids amused.

Every evening at Golden Sands the action picks up in the bars and spectacular entertainment venues. This is a holiday park that really knows how to entertain and party so book early to guarantee your next great holiday!!! There is so much to do and see on the park and our caravan is just two minutes away from it all !

Also on site is a convenience store (stocking most of your needs at a reasonable price), a bakery, launderette, telephones, post boxes and cash machines. There’s also a gift shop, hire shop, snack bar and take-away, fish and chip shop, and a quayside cafe bar and grill with lovely cooked breakfast, lunch and dinners, all served at a reasonable price in the complex which means the cook in the family gets a holiday too (go on give the wife a break)!

In fact, you'll probably never need to leave the site!

However, if you prefer to get out and about, within easy reach are Pleasure Island Theme Park, The Seal Sanctuary across the road (a must - as is the Ferryboat pub), Fantasy Island (Ingoldmells), Skegness, Theddlethorpe Dunes, Rushmore Country Park (Louth), Rand Farm Park (Wragby), the Old Curiosity Museum, Black Cat Equestrian Centre (horse riding and lessons), a golf course and cinema.

In town there’s Queens Park, a boating lake, play area and paddling pool. Fabulous fish and chips are available from Golf Road (Robin Hood chippy) and restaurants in the town include Chinese, Indian and pizza - so there’s no need to cook!

Golden Sands is located on one of the best UK Blue Flag beaches. Its Blue Flag status is a hallmark of cleanliness, and with direct access from the site you can be relaxed on the beach in minutes. Or catch a ride into Mablethorpe's town (mile and a half) on the Sand Train, or road train or just catch the bus.

Low Season - Adult £23, Child £12, capped at £114 (Children 4 and under are free)

High Season - Adult £31, Child £16, capped at £146 (Children 4 and under are free)
