Owner's Description

Our privately owned caravan is situated on a family run park, within five minutes walk of a safe sandy beach with the Nova Centre close by.

It is our wish to provide you with a very high standard of caravan holiday at very competitive prices. Our privately owned caravan is situated on a family run park, within five minutes walk of a safe sandy beach with the Nova Centre close by. The Park is within walking distance of both the railway and central bus station situated in Prestatyn.

The caravan is only two years old and is furnished to a very high standard having both central heating and double glazing to add to your comfort. It is situated on a very large plot and has a large veranda with an all weather surface. The rear veranda steps lead onto an enclosed patio area at the rear of the van, ideal if you have small children or pets.

For your convenience we provide all bedding including duvets and covers, tea towels, washing up liquid, toilet rolls, cleaning materials and a welcome package (tea, coffee and milk) so you can enjoy that first drink in your holiday home. Also included is a steam iron and ironing board.

The accommodation comprises of large lounge which houses a TV with access to Sky television including full movie package, DVD player with an extensive and up to date DVD collection to appeal to most tastes, and a quality midi sound system. The dining kitchen area comprises of table with 4 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen including split level cooker, fridge and separate freezer.

There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, for which we provide all bedding including pillows and duvets. The master bedroom houses a king size bed and has an en-suite bathroom. For your enjoyment a television is provided.

Lido Beach Holiday Park

Lido beach is the perfect base for you to explore this magnificent area of North Wales. Together with the facilities offered on the park you can enjoy the amenities of the Nova Centre leisure complex, comprising swimming pool with water slide, health suite, bars, entertainment, cafe and children's game zone.

For your information the next town is Rhyl, only ten minutes by car along the coast road.

If you travel further along the coast road and you come to Towyn, Pensarn, and Abergele. Colwyn Bay is next followed by the picturesque Victorian town of Llandudno with its famous trams and a cable car up the mountain. Further still along the A55 takes you to the beautiful island of Angelsey.

This is truly the gateway to North Wales and for your information we provide a book highlighting most of the places you can visit during your stay.

Fully winterized

The caravan is fully factory winterized to extend the holiday season further. Winter breaks are ideal in this type of caravan. Extra floor, roof and wall insulation is added allong with oversized radiators to ensure maximum comfort even on the coldest days.

The hire season is from 1st March to 7th January with just 6 weeks closed. We have spent Christmas at the van and been warmer than at home.
