Owner's Description

The chalet sleeps 4 people and has two bedrooms, 1 double and one twin room.

Facilities in the chalet include a colour Freeview TV and DVD player. There is also a vacuum cleaner.

The bathroom has a full sized bath with an electric shower over, and there is heating available in all rooms.

Duvets and pillow cases are provided but please bring your own covers, sheets and pillow cases.

Electricity is by £1 coin meter.

* We do accept dogs (max 2 small) at a fee of £15 each dog per week.

Available on site, in peak season, is an amusement arcade, clubhouse with a restaurant and a bar, and a launderette.

Adjacent to the site are clubhouses, a mini supermarket and gift shop, take away, fish and chip shop, hire shop and bingo. A few minutes walk away a heated indoor swimming pool.

The beach is a five minute walk away and next to the Sundowners Chalet Park is an equestrian riding centre.

Local Area

Great Yarmouth is 5 miles from the site and the Norfolk broads are 15 minutes drive, there you can hire out a day boat or go on one of the daily cruises that take you up and down the many rivers of the broads.

Course fishing in abundance on the rivers, bream, roach and perch not to mention the pike. Norfolk broads are renowned for its various birdlife.
