At the opposite end of the holiday home we have a larger than normal twin room, which also has the benefit of being made into a double. This room contains two single beds, storage cupboard, shelves, large wardrobe, set of drawers, a radiator and a few toys for the children.

The bathroom comprises of a shower enclosure, toilet and large basin.

Our large, double doors open out onto a brand new 18x4 veranda, which is perfect for relaxing upon in the sunshine.

To ensure you get the very best for your holiday, our holiday home is full of mod cons and is more than fully equipped with everything you could possible require. Also provided for your convenience is an iron and ironing board, hoover, brush and mop etc.

We can also provide freshly laundered bed linen, for as many beds as you require, for a small fee of £5 per room. Also for a small fee of £5 each per week, we have available to hire, a blue buggy, pink buggy, highchair and safety bedside rail, so you don’t have to bring them with you.

Seaways Caravan Park

Our holiday home is situated on the peaceful Seaways site, Roman Bank, Skegness, and we are perfectly located to explore the Lincolnshire coast and surrounding areas.

We are near to Butlins holiday camp and just two minutes walk from the sea front and the local amenities, which include 3 pubs/restaurants/night spots, a family restaurant, Tony’s fish and chip shop, a fast food outlet and an arcade.

Towards the bottom of our lane is a convenience store packed pull of all the food you can imagine.

Local Area

Our holiday home is located central to everywhere; a few minutes drive down the road is the little village of Winthorpe, a small, pleasant local village with convenience store, take away, fashion clothing store, gift shop and the ‘Linga Longa fish and chip shop and restaurant – well worth a visit! About a 5 minute drive away is the magical Fantasy Island and the largest market in Europe.

In the opposite direction it’s just a few minutes drive into bustling Skegness itself, but if you’d rather not use your car, we are conveniently situated on the main bus route with buses running in each direction every 10 to 20 minutes.

Also in the local vicinity are Chapel St Leonards, Mablethorpe, Burgh le Marsh and Boston.

Seaways really is the place to be to enjoy a peaceful holiday. Our caravan park is excellent, clean and tidy and very well looked after. I’m confident you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Bookings & Conditions

We only accept Saturday to Saturday or Monday to Friday bookings. Sorry, no weekend breaks available.

We may consider one small dog at £20 per week, but this is at our discretion. You will need to provide the breed of your dog for consideration.

The caravan is strictly NO SMOKING.

We do not accept same sex groups.

We require a £50 security bond to safeguard against any theft, vandalism, deliberate damage etc. We do understand that genuine accidents can and do happen. The bond is fully refundable upon satisfactory inspection of the holiday home following your departure.
