We are just a 30 second walk from the rocky beach, with its rock pools and fossils to explore at low tide. We’re also just a couple of minutes walk from the main hub of the site with a shop, bar and entertainment. You are well placed to do whatever suits you.

Clean and Tidy Caravan

We take pride in the cleanliness of our caravan and have a professional cleaning company visit between lets to ensure that you walk into a clean and tidy caravan. Fresh bed linen is provided for your stay. Booking privately means you don’t have to queue to check-in, so on arrival you can simply unpack and start your holiday immediately!

Living Area

A large area to relax and spread out. Provided is a TV with Freeview and a DVD player, along with an assortment of CDs, DVDs and games to keep you occupied should the weather keep you indoors. This area also has a pull-down bed for 2 people to sleep on.

Dining Area

Between the living area and kitchen is a free-standing dining table with seating for 4.

Kitchen

A very modern kitchen which will serve the needs of any family. A gas oven, hob and grill, microwave, large fridge and separate freezer, toaster and kettle are all provided as are a full selection of utensils, cutlery and crockery.

Bedrooms

The main bedroom has a king-size bed, wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with toilet and sink. There is also a twin bedroom with wardrobe.

Bathroom

The bathroom has a spacious power shower, toilet, porcelain wash basin and cabinet.

Please Note: Please bring your own hand towels, bath towels and tea towels as these are not provided. Clean bed linen is provided for your stay. It is also advisable to bring your own washing and cleaning goods.

Doniford Bay Holiday Park

This small and friendly Haven site is in Doniford Bay, West Somerset and is set beneath the hills of the Quantocks and Bridgwater Bay.

Doniford Bay Holiday Park contains a wide variety of facilities, which you can make full use of if you purchase a Fun Pass. These cost £24 per adult and £12 per child. up to a maximum of £114 for a week for a party of 6. They are NOT included in the price of hiring the caravan as not all guests want these.

The site has undergone a major refurbishment programmer over the last two years. The winter of 2009 has seen a lot of work carried out in the clubhouse and pool area. The main complex has a clubhouse, sports bar, amusement arcade, pool tables and mini bowling. There is also a heated indoor pool with many activities provided during the season. Outside there is an all-weather sports court, crazy golf, tennis, go-karting, bike hire and again lots of activities during the season such as sports coaching.

Local Area

The site is only a mile from the A39 which gives easy access to the surrounding areas and a wide variety of places to visit and things to do. From the county town of Taunton and the major resort of Minehead, to smaller villages like Dunster, Porlock and Lynton and Lynmouth. Tropiquaria at nearby Watchet provides a great day out for families.

We are also just a short walk from the West Somerset Steam Railway which operates between Bishops Lydeard and Minehead. A bus service also operates from the site which goes through to Minehead via most of the small towns and villages along the way.

Being on the doorstep of the Quantocks and Exmoor there are plenty of places to go walking and take in some of the most stunning scenery in the country.

There is a strict no smoking and no pets policy in our caravan.

A £75 deposit per week is required to reserve your let for a week, with the remainder due 8 weeks prior to your stay. If you wish to stay for a short break we would expect you to pay in full on booking.
