Owner's Description

Our modern, 35ft caravan is situated just 2 minutes walk from the amenities and entertainment, and a 5 minute stroll to one of the UK's best Blue Flag beaches.

Our caravan has 3 bedrooms; the main bedroom has a full size double bed, dressing table and wardrobes, bedroom 2 has twin beds and a wardrobe, and bedroom3 has bunk beds. There is also a pull out double bed in the lounge.

All of the bedrooms are heated and pillows and quilts are provided, although you are required to bring your own linen.

There is a large lounge with TV, DVD player and stereo, a separate dining area, and a nice well equipped kitchen that includes a cooker, hob, microwave and fridge. There is also a shower room and separate toilet.

A £50 deposit is all that is required to secure your holiday - within 7 days of your reservation. The balance is payable 6 weeks before your holiday is due to start.

Haven Golden Sands

Golden Sands is located on one of the best UK Blue Flag beaches. Its Blue Flag status is a hallmark of cleanliness, and with direct access from from the site you can be relaxed on the beach in minutes.

With all of the fantastic Haven entertainment on site, which includes go-karts, indoor and outdoor heated pools with aqua slide and aqua scooters, an all weather sports pitch, football, basketball, archery, fencing, crazy golf, pool and snooker tables, mini tenpin bowling, fishing lakes, children's clubs, indoor soft play area, funworks amusements plus 2 showbars with live entertainment, you'll probably never need to leave the site!

However, if you prefer to get out and about, within easy reach are Pleasure Island Theme Park, The Seal Sanctuary, Fantasy Island (Ingoldmells), Skegness, Theddlethorpe Dunes, Rushmore Country Park (Louth), Rand Farmpark (Wragby), the Old Curiosity Museum, Black Cat Equestrian Centre (horse riding and lessons), golf course and Cinema.

On site is a convenience store, bakery, launderette, gift shop, hire shop, snack bar and take-away, fish and chip shop, and a quayside cafe bar and grill with lovely cooked breakfasts and dinners (go on give the wife a break).

Every evening at Golden Sands the action picks up in the bars and spectacular entertainment venues. This is a holiday park that really knows how to entertain and party so book early to guarantee your next great holiday!!!
