Also in the caravan is a colour television and freeview box, video and DVD player, with a selection of videos and DVDs, and a Sony Playstation with a selection of games. Just in case it turns cold, a gas fire and electric heaters are also supplied.
In dry weather you are able to park your car beside the caravan or parking spaces are about 10 yards away.
All gas and electric is free.
Parties of young people or all female/male groups are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.

Local Area
Our caravan is sited just off the main road on a quite site with all amenities close to hand. No facilities are available on site but we are within 100 yards of the shops, bars, cafe/restaurants and amusements. Across the road is a mini market and there is also a launderette close by.
The beach is only 5 minutes walk away and there are also numerous fishing sites close to hand and even more just 10/15 minutes drive away.
Fantasy Island, Skegness and Chapel St Leonards are all easily accessible with a bus stop about 30 yards from the caravan that runs a regular service.
Terms & Conditions
A £50 non refundable deposit is required to secure your chosen date with the balance payable 4 weeks before the holiday is to commence.
A £50 bond is also required to cover any breakage's and/or damages and for the safe return of the keys to the office. This needs to be paid with your balance and will be returned to you on inspection of the caravan.
The caravan will be available for you from 1pm on the day your holiday starts. Please vacate the caravan by 11am on your day of departure and returning the keys to the office by 12.00 noon.
We take bookings from couples and families only.
We do not allow single sex groups to occupy the caravan.
A 10% discount is offered for bookings of two weeks or more.
When you book your break you will pay £50 (non returnable) deposit for each week you wish to book, then pay the balance 4 weeks prior to the start of the holiday.
If balance isn't received by four weeks prior to the start of your holiday, then the van will be re advertised and you will lose the booking.
After we receive your deposit payment, we will then post/email to you a receipt for your deposit plus a booking form. When we have received your final payment we will post/email to you your receipt plus any relevant paperwork you need.
