We provide enough bedding for up to 6 people, which includes 3 double duvets, 1 king size duvet and 6 pillows. You will be required to bring your own duvets covers, pillow slips and mattress flat sheets.
Cleanliness is one of our main priorities. This holiday caravan is cleaned to a professional standard at every guest changeover ready for our next guests to check-in. All carpets and upholstery are shampoo cleaned on a regular basis throughout the season to a professional standard.
All prices include FREE gas, electric and water which are all mains connected.
Southview Leisure Park
Our holiday caravan is situated on Southview Leisure Park, Lincolnshire’s 5* Premier Leisure Park, which is situated 5 minutes drive from Skegness and the sea front attractions. The Park is open from 1st March to 5th January inclusive.

Booking information
Booking this holiday caravan is your ideal home-from-home family holiday accommodation and booking this caravan couldn’t be easier. It is always advisable to contact us first by e-mail, phone or text, with the dates you wish to book so that we are able to confirm availability.
Please note that provisional bookings are held for 3 days which allows time to send the deposit or full payment via post. Payment accepted via cheque, Postal Order or Paypal security bond.
Please note that we do require a £50 per week security bond, which is not included within our holiday tariff. This is required when paying your balance payment. The security bond is fully refunded within 7 days of checking out, providing you have left our holiday caravan in a very clean and tidy condition and that there have been no damages or breakages in the holiday caravan. (We do provide a vacuum cleaner and all cleaning materials for you to use).
