The kitchen is fully equipped with a full sized gas hob and cooker, microwave and built-in fridge freezer etc.

The bathroom comprises of a toilet, wash basin and roomy glass door shower unit.

The master bedroom is en-suite with a king size bed and plenty of storage space, it also boasts a colour TV. The second bedroom is a twin with two single beds and again plenty of storage space.

All duvets and pillows are provided, but we request that you supply your own duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets, towels and tea towels for your stay.

Restrictions

Due to Park rules, I am afraid we are unable to hire to the following:

• Parties whose members are under the age of 21
• Parties whose members are all male or all female
• Parties which exceed the number of berths contained in our holiday
home
• No pets allowed.
• No smoking permitted within the caravan

Dates & Prices

All electric, gas and water are included in the price.

Passes are extra and payable directly to the site. These can be obtained on your arrival from the site reception, priced at £6 per person (under 2's are free)

A £100 deposit is required within 7 days of a booking to reserve your dates. This is then held as a security deposit and refunded after your stay (subject to Terms and Conditions). The cost of your holiday will then be due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. (Please note the £100 deposit is not included in the prices listed).
