Owner's Description

This is a 2005 privately owned caravan on a holiday park on the Norfolk / Suffolk border.

The caravan has 3 bedrooms, one being the master double bedroom having en-suite toilet and wash basin, and the other two being twin. The lounge area also has a large sofa bed that makes a really comfortable double bed. All of the bedrooms have fitted furniture. Duvets and pillows are supplied.

The bathroom has a toilet, shower and wash basin.

The kitchen is equipped with a full size cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.

The Dining room has a table and four chairs and the lounge has two full size sofas, TV, DVD and freeview for your enjoyment.

The caravan has full central heating and double glazing so is ideal for when the weather turns cooler.

A veranda runs the full length of the caravan (gated for your security) leading to a decked seating area with table and chairs plus sun beds. The caravan pitch is next to an open playing field at the edge of the site, so is quietly situated but just a couple of minutes walk from the site facilities.

PLEASE NOTE: NO SAME SEX PARTIES OVER 2 PERSONS ALLOWED

Broadland Sands Holiday Park

Broadland Sands is in Corton, which is a small village situated on the coast, 5 minutes by car from Lowestoft and 10 minutes by car from Great Yarmouth, with it's fun and amusements for all plus large shopping centres.

The beautiful Oulton Broad is also 10 minutes from the site. A bus service stops outside the site and local taxis are available if you do not have a car.

The beach is just a 5 minute walk from the caravan.

Broadland Sands has something for everyone; there is a large swimming pool with a fun slide for the kids and seating areas around, pitch and putt golf overlooking the sea, tennis courts, crazy golf for the kids plus a playground they will love.

An on site restauraunt offers good value breakfast and evening meals or there is a takeaway for your use. Evening entertainment and bingo is run every night at the club/bar which also has Sky TV (so the men don't miss the football), a snooker room and arcade games.

The site has the best of both worlds; fun for the kids and peace and quite for those simply wishing to relax or tour the beautiful surrounding countryside of Norfolk and Suffolk.
