We encourage senior citizens to book and offer discount (please enquire at time of booking).
We prefer small family groups and do not let to large groups or singles – sorry, but we have been badly let down in the past.
Prices are very competetive and range from £100-£200 per week.
Local Area
Locally and within easy walking distance there are many amusment arcades, pubs, clubs (all with some sort of entertainment), cafes, fish and chip shops and of course the lovely sandy beach and promenade.
About 2/3 miles away at Ingoldmells, is the famous Fantasy Island amusement park. Nearby is also Butlins holiday camp which admits day visitors.
Approximately 6/7 miles away is Skegness with its many attractions and of course its famous 'bracing air'. If you don't have a car don’t worry, there is a bus service from the end of the road which runs at 10 minute intervals during the day, and a weekly ‘travel anywhere’ ticket costs just £10 (as at 20/06/08).
On the corner of the Bellbank Caravan Site itself is an entertainment pub called The Bellbank, which has a large family room where you can take kids of all ages. At night there is always some sort of entertaiunment and welcomes everybody with no door charge - open until late.
Bookings
There is a £50 per week deposit which secures the booking and is used as both a booking and damage deposit. The deposit is returned after the clients holiday providing everything is left clean and tidy, as found and nothing is missing. Payment in full is expected at least 10 days prior to their holiday.
