Owner's Description

We have a new 2007 six berth caravan to let, set in a very sunny spot with very large decking area for eating your breakfast or evening meals, or just relaxing with drink.

The caravan has 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, as well as additional sleeping in the lounge area.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and fridge with small freezer compartment. The lounge has a television, DVD player and video recorder. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin, plus a further separate toilet with wash basin.

The on site facilities include an indoor pool, jacuzzi and exercise area. The clubhouse has recently been extensively updated and includes live entertainment, pool table, satellite TV and a new menu for when you don't feel like cooking. Also on site is a café and small convenience store.

Coghurst Hall runs the “Loopy Club” for children, with plenty of activities including face painting for the smaller children and teenage disco. Plus, there are play areas and beautiful woodland walks.

Hastings seaside resort is 10 minutes by car where there are amusement arcades, crazy golf and children’s rides. There are also plenty of other attractions in the area including Sea Life Centre in Hastings, Battle Abbey in Battle, Herstmonceux Castle to name but a few.

For golf lovers, Beauport Park Golf Course and Sedlescombe Golf Course are just a short drive away.
