The lounge has sea views from all windows and is very spacious and fully carpeted. It has comfortable sprung seating that hides an automatic fold out double bed (supplied with a duvet and two pillows). The wood furnishings and wall unit are all of a smart teak finish - a gas fire is incorporated. There is a remote control 20" stereo colour TV with fastext and Freeview, a DVD player and a CD/radio/tape mini hi-fi System. A smoke detector is fitted for your safety and an information file is provided for your convenience.
Dining Area
Adjoining the lounge and just across from the kitchen is the open plan dining area. As there is no caravan to the left hand side the patio doors give interrupted views to Watchet and Minehead. It also has a large, teak finish, circular table with four comfortable chairs and two stools. A radiator connected to the gas central heating system provides adequate warmth.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker with oven and grill, cooker hood, microwave oven, electric fridge/freezer, automatic kettle and toaster together with a full compliment of cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery for six persons. A concealed radiator provides the heating for this area. A carbon monoxide detector is fitted for your safety.
Double Bedroom
This bedroom is fully carpeted and has a double bed with duvet and four pillows. There is a fitted wardrobe providing lots of hanging space for clothes, and a radiator providing heating. There is also an en-suite WC and wash basin. The bay window gives views to the surrounding hills.
Twin Bedroom
This bedroom is fully carpeted and has two single beds, each with a duvet and two pillows. A cupboard provides hanging space for clothing and there is a portable colour TV with Freesat and integral DVD player (with rear scart socket and front phono sockets for the attachment of Playstations etc.) There is also a clock radio.
Bathroom
The fully fitted bathroom has a WC, a porcelain wash basin with mirrored cabinet above, and boasts a 'walk-in' triple sliding door shower unit with an excellent 'Power Shower'. A radiator provides warmth.
Doniford Bay Holiday Park
There are of course lots of things to do on the Park but you could always spend a day at Butlins at Minehead - you can even get reduced price day passes from Doniford Bay reception!
Entertainment runs from 24th March to 27th October.
The park is set between the rolling green hills of the Quantocks and the wide sweep of Bridgwater Bay. Somerset is England’s farm, an agricultural region known for its Cheddar cheese and cider. It receives fewer visitors than its westerly neighbours, and there are hidden delights to be found in this area.
The area is perfect for cycling with a network of country lanes and fewer slopes than the more rugged west. Bath has always been a fashionable resort, noted for its curative springs for centuries.
Doniford Bay is an ideal base for visiting attractions in Somerset or Exmoor. Don't miss the West Somerset Steam Railway, which at 19 miles is the UK's longest private line. The station is within walking distance of the park and the train takes you through some really stunning scenery. Moneysaving 'Family Rover' tickets are available so you can enjoy the entire day if you wish hopping on and off !!

Availability is updated regularly but if you would like to book, please ring first to see if your chosen week is still available.
Bookings run from 2.30pm Saturday to 10.30am the following Saturday and include electricity, gas and Funworks passes.

A £50 deposit per week will reserve your week, with the balance due 8 weeks before your holiday. We will then post or email you a booking form.
