The lounge comprises of a dining area, which seats 4, a 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa, 1 easy chair and a coffee table. Also in the lounge is a TV, freeview and DVD player.
Outside there is an extensive, south facing sun decking with decorative lighting and a patio set that seats six.
There is also an extensive lawn area with beding plants.
Parking for two cars is available next to the caravan.
The caravan has ample storage space with cupboards and wardrobes.
Duvets and pillows are provided, but you will need to bring your own duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels.
The electric and gas is metered and is included in the price.
Southview Leisure Park
Southview Leisure Park is a premier site; everything is at hand to keep you and your family entertained.

Security on the park is covered by high tech camera systems, with after dark patrols.
Southview Leisure Park is situated on the main A158 approach road into Skegness and is just minutes from the seafront with miles of sandy beach. Fantasy Island and Butlins are with in easy reach, and the Embassy Theatre in Skegness has summer shows throughout the season.
Booking and Conditions
Due to site regulations groups of single sex parties are not allowed.
A £50 security bond is required, which will be added to the final price. The bond will be refunded after the holiday if the caravan is left clean and in good order with no breakages.
We offer a £25 reduction for two consecutive weeks booked at the same time.
