It is a double glazed and fully gas central heated, 2 bedroom, 36x12 caravan.
The main bedroom, with en-suite toilet with wash hand basin, has a full sliding wardrobe with ample clothes storage. The second bedroom has two single beds with their own wardrobes.
In addition to the en-suite there is a family bathroom with a thermostatically controlled shower, a toilet and wash hand basin.
The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, microwave and full size gas cooker. The lounge has 2 settees, one of which converts into a double pull-out bed, a coffee table, flat screen TV with digibox and DVD player.
