Owner's Description

Our 8 berth caravan to let is located in a very quiet spot.

There are three bedrooms; two twin, one bed equipped with safety guard for toddlers, and one double bedroom. There is also a make-up double bed in the dining area. Each bedroom has electric radiators. All duvets and pillows are supplied, but please bring your own linen, towels and tea towels.

The kitchen is equipped with microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, iron, ironing board and full size gas oven. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen (highchair available).

The separate lounge has a TV, digibox, DVD player and video.

There is a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

Camber Sands Holiday Park

The holiday park is situated across the road from one of Britain's safest sandy beaches, which has been awarded the 5 Star Clean Beach Award.

On site facilities include 3 swimming pools with flume, plus baby/toddler pool, sauna, solarium, amusements, all-weather sports court, an adventure playground that kid's will love, soft play area, Sparky's Kid's Club for 5-11 year olds and The Mix Club for 12-16 year olds.

The Starlight Showbar is for all the family and includes dancing, discos, glittering shows and visiting cabaret. There is also an adult only bar.

For eating delights there's the New Boat House restaurant as well as fast food take-aways.

Also on site is a supermarket and launderette. There are local shops too, with a twice-weekly market, just a short walk from the park.
