The caravan is directly behind the Summerlands public house which fronts Roman Bank where buses run frequently to Skegness, Ingoldmells, Chapel St. Leonards and Mablethorpe.
There is a pathway which, if you turn left out of the site, splits into two. One path leads to Walls Lane where there is the Cheers pub, Spar shop and a fish and chip shop, and the other path leads down through the underpass and onto the beach where you will also find the Lookout pub, Beachcomber pub and Skegness Boat and Ski Club (all of which serve meals), as well as amusements and of course Butlins, which is about 200 yards away.
If you turn right there is a nice 10 minute stroll to Winthorpe where there are a few shops, a supermarket, amusements, two cafes and two fish and chip shops. You can also take a lovely stroll on the promenade, which leads from Ingoldmells all the way to Skegness, or walk to wherever you wish from wherever you wish!
Dogs are not allowed on the beach from the Skegness boat and Ski club to Ingoldmells during high season (May to September), but during the low season they are allowed either way.
My caravan is not suitable for people with asthma due to me allowing dogs.
The site is not suitable for very young children.
Please Note: There is a £50 deposit for breakages and cleanliness; returnable on inspection.
