Owner's Description

Our superior, modern caravan is located on the Kingfisher Park in Ingoldmells. It is in a quiet location, yet just a few minutes walk from the beach and the attractions of Fantasy Island.

The caravan has a TV/DVD, Freeview, CD player, modern walk-in shower, separate toilet, and a good size kitchen with microwave, cooker and large fridge freezer, and a separate dining area.

There are three bedrooms; one double and two twin, all with built in wardrobes. Please note that although our caravan is classed as an 8 berth, the seating in the lounge does not convert to a bed so the maximum number of persons we accept is 6.

Short breaks (minimum 3 nights) are available but not during high season or at Bank Holidays.

We ask for a £75 deposit at time of booking, with the balance due 3 weeks before the holiday. We also ask for a £50 key and breakage bond, which is refunded on return of the keys and on condition the caravan is left in good order with no breakages.

Please note: We only accept families and mature couples, and do not accept dogs or pets. We also operate a strict no smoking policy.

OAP discounts available upon request, but not during high season. Please call or e-mail for further details.

Kingfisher Park

The caravan is situated on Kingfisher Park in Ingoldmells, which is located just a few miles from Skegness. Like Skegness there are miles of golden beaches to enjoy. Ingoldmells is also home to Fantasy Island, which is an outdoor/indoor theme park with Eastgate Market next door where you will find plenty of bargains!

A short distance away is Skegness where you can enjoy the beaches, pier, promenade, funfair, shops, and in the evening a variety of entertainment including the Embassy Theatre.

To the north you will find smaller resorts like Mablethorpe with its seal sanctuary and miles of beaches.
