Owner's Description

Our double glazed chalet is detached and enjoys a south facing front.

It is situated to the rear of the swimming pool on the site, which is opposite the sandy beach and just along from the sand dunes.

The chalet has 2 bedrooms; the first room has a double bed, wardrobe and drawers and the second room has new pine bunk beds and new mattresses, plus wardrobe and drawers. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge that sleeps a further two guests.

The chalet was updated in 2006 with a new fitted kitchen. It is newly decorated throughout including laminate flooring in all rooms.

It also has wall mounted electric heaters in the bedrooms and the lounge as well as a colour TV with teletext and video, plus a DVD player and CD player.

Camber Sands Holiday Park

The site has bars, a restaurant, swimming pools, amusements, entertainment nightly, secure under 8's adventure play area, launderette, take away and convenience store.

The village of Camber has several small cafes and amusement arcades plus convenience stores.

There is a gift shop and post office plus local pub and very nice restaurant just behind the sand dunes (booking essential).

The ancient town of Rye is 3 miles away and Hasting 12 miles.

Our chalet is a great base for exploring Sussex and Kent.
