Owner's Description

Ours is a top of the range, 2 bedroom, 6 berth, 38 x 12 caravan with double-glazing and central heating.

It is sited on a small, tranquil farm with breathtaking views of green fields in the heart of North Devon’s countryside, guaranteeing peace and tranquility. There is also the free use of a games room which includes table tennis, American pool, air hockey, darts, table football and various computer games for wet days.

The caravan comprises of one double bedroom with deluxe en-suite, a twin bedroom and a further pull out double bed in the living room.

The living room comes complete with TV and DVD player and gas fire (in addition to the central heating and double glazing throughout). This leads through French doors onto the patio area, which overlooks open fields.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, gas oven, grill, four burner hob with extractor fan/light, fridge, toaster, sandwich maker plus all the cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils you might need during your stay.

We have also supplied a gas barbecue and picnic bench outside for al-fresco events.

Gas, electricity, linen and a welcome pack are all included in the price. Our peak season price is just £400 per week.

Our caravan is ideally suited for 4 people, but will sleep up to 6.

Locally

The old market town of South Molton is only 5 minutes drive away, where there are a number of traditional pubs, a large supermarket, a heated indoor swimming pool and a wide variety of cafes and take aways. There are also traditional markets on Thursdays and Saturday mornings.

South Molton is also ‘the Gateway to Exmoor’ and only 30 minutes from the sandy beaches of Croyde, Saunton Sands, Westward Ho, Putsborough and Woolacombe.

Barnstaple, the capital of North Devon, is a bustling town only 14 miles away to the west; Tiverton is 18 miles to the east and Okehampton, on the outskirts of Dartmoor, is only 30 miles south, making South Molton the ideal starting point to explore the entire region.
