Patrington Haven Leisure Park
At the entrance to the Park is the security house and barrier which is manned from 6pm in the evening. There are regular security patrols throughout the day.
The landscaped and picturesque site looks more like a holiday village. It is very well maintained with trees and hedges all around, and a proper road system winds its way throughout this very private and residential site.
Our address is 4 The Mall which is overlooking Kensington Place. Just outside the caravan is a large willow tree with the ornate wrought iron No 4 fixed to it. There is enough parking area in front of the caravan for 2 cars. The private plot is blocked off at the far end by new trees.
At the back of the caravan is a large hut with all the patio furniture. Part of the patio area has the sun all day.
Walking a short distance along the Mall from the caravan will bring you to the leisure complex which houses a good size indoor heated swimming pool with jacuzzi, a water slide, a sauna room, steam room and a little pool for the children.
Continuing along the Mall past the swimming pool you will see the childrens play area with slides and swings etc. Beyond is the bowling green and putting green. A bit further along you will come to the fishing lake (which is well stocked with all the usual fish) with fountains and ornamental rockery and cascades. Walking round the lake you will see the numbered fishing alcoves and many comfortable benches to sit down, relax and enjoy the picturesque scenery.
Local Area
A short walk outside the caravan park is the Burns Head, a traditional country pub and restaurant, again with good food at reasonable prices. There is a horse riding stables nearby and country walks.
The quaint village of Patrington is named after St Patrick, the name of the local church. The small village has a few shops and pubs including a cash point at the local HSBC. There is also a garage and filling station.

There is also an outdoor market, children's play area and large amusement arcade with tenpin bowling and snack bars. It also provides access to the beach from the promenade.
There are many places to visit around the local area, details of which are in the brochure pack in the caravan.
