Facilities on the park include an entertainment hall for seasonal, nightly live entertainment, riding stables, bar/restaurant, children's entertainment, two outdoor heated swimming pools (one for children), grocery store, fishing, laundry facilities, playground, take away/snack bar, fish and chip shop and football pitch. There are also regular Donkey derbies and fun fairs nearby, as well as water sports including sailing.

The holiday park is next to a golf range and is a short drive to West Bay (of BBC Harbour Lights fame) and half way between Lyme Regis and Weymouth. Abbottsbury Swannery, Tropical Gardens and Children's farm are also within easy reach of the park.

There are regular farmers markets in the area where you will often meet the Riverside Cottage man himself, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, and taste his wonderful yoghurt!
