It has a functional, newly fitted in May 2009 kitchen with all kitchenware provided including crockery, cutlery, utensils, kettle, toaster, microwave and brand new gas hob and cooker. The boiler is also new May 2009. Please note the photo is of the old kitchen units.

There are three bedrooms, one double with 4ft 6in bed and two single rooms which have a single bed in each and would suit children. The singles can be put together to make a double to accommodate a couple if necessary. All bedrooms have electric heaters.

There is a bathroom with very small corner bath (suitable for children), electric shower above, sink and toilet. There is also a separate cloakroom with toilet and hand wash basin.

Outside there is a large fenced flat lawned garden area around the caravan for play, barbeques and a separate parking area on the side. There is also a patio area leading from the lounge double doors with a garden table and 4 chairs. We also provide a barbeque with utensils. Please provide your own charcoal.

We can provide a cot and high chair if necessary.

We ask that customers provide their own towels, but we supply all bedding and tea towels. All bedding, sheets, duvets and pillowcases are brand new this month.

All safety checks are up to date and smoke alarms, fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide alarms are fitted.

Children are welcome, but please ask regarding pets. The caravan is non-smoking.

Location

Our caravan is set in a private field of approximately half an acre with really lovely, far reaching, uninterrupted views to Dartmoor of pure Cornish countryside (and the odd cow!). It's really the view that makes this spot so special.

I can provide more information on our local area if you are unfamiliar with it, but we are about 15 -20 minutes drive to the coast. Widemouth Bay is our nearest beach and Bude, which is very popular for tourists (surfers in particular), is also within 20 minutes drive.

Prices

We charge £300 per week and £350 in July and August with £100 deposit required to secure booking. All gas and electricity is provided within this price.
